PENNIES for POTTIES

Flush your money down toilets for kids!

Many children in Nepal don't have bathroom facilities either at home or at school. Help us raise funds for DipJyoti Primary School in the village of Bandipur.  All donations go directly to helping the children.

Service Groups - with visiting volunteers

We host Service Groups year-round with help from neighbors and friends.     "Spring Break in Appalachia" is our most popular program with college and university students coming from all over the country.  We invite you to join us in life-giving work, meaningful prayer, open dialogue and peaceful actions, which we believe are means to fostering the type of society the Creator intended.
(Click on Service Groups for more detailed information.)

Community Projects

Participation on the boards of non-profit organizations gives the Gift of Tears opportunities to offer a unique perspective and a prophetic voice in the charitable projects going on around us.   Each board listed has a mission that reflects aims similar to our own .  Each allows us to serve while working with others in the wider local and regional communities.
